V-Cal concrete Repair and Protection uses industrial grade materials to create floors that have the potential to last a lifetime. But, there are some factors that can affect your floors that are simply outside our craftsmanship and control.

1. Our warranty excludes damage to or dulling of finish caused by prolonged use or customer negligence which includes:
2. Heavy use of floor causing dullinig
3. Lack of maintenance and care
4. Harsh chemicals used for cleaning
5. The use of pressure washers andscrubbing/buffing machines
6. Scratches
7. Damage from impact
8. Spinning tires
9. Flame
10. Mechanical damage to the underlying concrete.
11. Battery acid
12. Brake fluid
13. Paint stripper
14. Industrial solvents or like products.
15. Geo-movement and/or structural foundation movement. Saw cut movement
16. Our warranty excludes moisture-related issues, including intrusion, efflorescence and hydrostatic pressure coming from the concrete slab.
17. Exterior cracks do to harsh freezing temperatures, Geo-movement.
